Monday June 14th , 2010 “What has God been
doing in STUDENTS LIVES?”
Renne: Everyone is really nice here, I feel like I can be myself
Taylor: I like how I already feel close to so many people, being in the
dirt today reminds me of who I used to be.
Ryan: I saw god in a way i did not expect, HIS forgiveness..and making
friends.
Dallas: I think god is teaching me patience, a little on the bus ride and
especially today.
Alyssa: I had a pretty good day, but when my little brother said hi to me
after my work project, my heart nearly melted.
Jenni: I feel so blessed by everyone in this room, I felt so taken care
of, and I can see god in all of you, you are all beautiful.
Josh: This trip is exactly what I’ve needed, it been really hard for me
lately, I have felt like I was in a rut, quite honestly I thought that many of
you didn’t care about me. But today I have seen this church as a family.
Olivia: What has made me so happy over the past few days is seeing my
little sister make friends with the people that I love.
Luke: As some of your know, a close friend of mine passed away last week
and I really appreciate you all praying for me.
Logan: It’s amazing for me to see people who at one point wouldn’t have
even crossed the room to say hi to some people and now I see people sitting
together and telling stories to each other.

loved ones in Colorado!!
Today was a beautiful day in good
old Canada! God has definitely been present these past days, although it didn’t
seem like in on the bus sometimes… It was wonderful connecting with everyone
and getting to know so many people. Today while picking up trash, Matt, one of
the staff member with us made a connection between Christian life and a dirty
highway. He made a lot of sense and said that through a journey of
Sanctification we can clean up our highway life. We will never truly be holy
but we should strive for it and clean it up whenever we need to. I’m working on
cleaning up my highway and doing a lot of soul work. God is challenging me so
much already and I hope and pray that I will be able to his work this week and
help shine his light!!

Today was awesome! We did work projects here at camp,
which was super fun.
Hello Everybody!! How is everyone??? Well I’m doing fairly well J quite tired I must admit but that’s normal here. So far Canada is pretty amazing!! I’m getting to know more people which is always great and I’m loving being able to hang out with everyone. Also I just love seeing all the beautiful nature and just being in God original creation. It was really nice to help the camp get a ton of stuff done yesterday(I’m writing this on Tuesday) and seeing how we really can make a difference(I know it sounds dorky but it’s trueJ). I hope that weather in CO has gotten much better! I think ya’ll sent the rain up here lol but its nice to sleep to J

Hey everyone! Canada has been pretty awesome so far! I have made lots of new friends so far and I am still working on getting closer to God. The bus ride was long, but still fun and swimming was AWESOME! The work projects went fairly well too! I am sleep deprived but still doing great. God is showing me that I need to be more patient with him and let him work in his own good time, instead of me pushing him. I will see you all soon! Love ya!
